Objective

Build a new eCommerce site using BigCommerce as the platform of choice in 5 weeks or less that would quickly allow a new product launch and would be integrated with existing ERP and CRM systems. The client also requested the site be ADA compliant.

Approach

  • Razoyo built a custom integration between BigCommerce and SalesForce Marketing Cloud to track onsite visitors and email marketing making heavy use of hosted functions to save on infrastructure costs
  • Analysis of catalog to optimize navigation

  • Lightly customize the base theme in BigCommerce to allow client to implement their own customizations

Results

The client launched a new product line via ecommerce in record time and their new site allowed non-ecommerce marketing staff to manage the site.

The site seamlessly connected the principal management systems to automate business processes. We also implemented a simple User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) by customizing the existing theme (based on Cornerstone) to meet the client’s desired experience.
