BAs at Razoyo are masters of clarification. You definitely need to be able to put up with pressure (though we support each other through it). You need to be able to clarify problems expressed by a client in a way a developer will understand, have a knack for request triage, and be able to chase down clients for information, approvals and clarification. Your job is to make sure clients, developers and tech partners understand what they have signed up for.
