Razoyo is proudly headquartered in The Colony Texas. The Colony sits on Lewisville Lake, north of Dallas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. For those outside the area, we work on Central US time.

Spider, the business intelligence platform behind Lighthouse

Version 1 was built by an outside team and hit a hard ceiling: ingestion was failing almost daily and they could not onboard more hotels. We rebuilt it as Spider 2 on Elixir, Phoenix and Google Cloud. Re-indexing went from up to 24 hours to a few hours, then to continuous real-time updates. Daily users went from a few dozen to more than 10,000, and hosting costs fell by roughly 90%. Lighthouse ranked #1 out of 74 for Business Intelligence at the 2025 HotelTechAwards, and we are still Spider's engineering team today.

Matrix, sales intelligence for hotels, for M1 Intel

An internal hotel sales CRM, built by an outside team, that performed badly and could never have been sold to anyone else. We rebuilt it from the ground up as a multi-tenant SaaS product. It now runs hundreds of properties.

AutomaticFFL, firearms checkout compliance

Our own product. It restricts firearms shipments to licensed dealers inside the checkout, and it runs on BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento and Shopware.

ERP and B2B ecommerce integration

A custom integration between LogicBroker and a legacy SAGE ERP, on an OroCommerce store with more than 20,000 products and Akeneo PIM. And a Fortune 500 brand's BigCommerce store, integrated with its existing ERP and CRM, live in under five weeks.
